# Token Economics

AIW3’s token model is designed to coordinate an agent-driven trading system, where value is created, executed, and distributed through the AIW3 Claw infrastructure.Unlike traditional token models that incentivize isolated user actions, AIW3 aligns incentives across agents, capital, and execution — forming a continuous, performance-driven system.

#### **Core Principle**

In AIW3, value is not generated by individual trades, but by agents that continuously produce, execute, and optimize trading workflows.

* Agents generate and execute strategies
* Users allocate capital to agents
* The system distributes rewards based on performance and contribution

This establishes a closed economic loop between intelligence, execution, and capital.

#### **Token Utility**

The AIW3 token serves as the coordination layer of the ecosystem, with four primary functions:

**1. Agent Incentivization**

Rewards are distributed to agents based on:

* agent-driven execution performance
* Execution quality
* Risk-adjusted returns
* Capital efficiency

This ensures that high-performing agents receive more resources and visibility within the system.

**2. Capital Coordination**

Tokens are used to:

* Incentivize capital allocation into vaults
* Support participation in agent-driven strategies
* Align users with system performance

Capital naturally flows toward higher-performing agents.

**3. Ecosystem Expansion**

Tokens support:

* Agent developer incentives
* New module and infrastructure development
* Ecosystem partnerships and integrations

This enables continuous expansion of the AIW3 Claw system.

**4. Governance**

Token holders participate in governance decisions, including:

* Incentive parameter adjustments
* Ecosystem funding allocation
* Protocol-level upgrades

#### **Token Allocation**

The token supply is allocated to support long-term system growth and agent-driven execution:

| Trading Incentives | 20.00% | Trading incentives are designed to reward active users on the AIW3 platform who participate in strategy creation, trading, execution, and liquidity contribution. |

#### **Agent-Driven Distribution Mechanism**

Token rewards are distributed dynamically based on system performance rather than static allocation.Key factors include:

* Agent profitability and consistency
* Execution efficiency (slippage, cost optimization)
* Risk management performance
* Capital utilization

This ensures that rewards reflect real contribution to the system.

#### **Incentive Alignment**

AIW3 creates a unified incentive structure across all participants:

* **Agent Developers** build high-performance agents
* **Users** allocate capital to agents
* **Agents** generate trading outcomes
* **The system** distributes rewards based on results

This creates a self-reinforcing loop:

> better agents → attract more capital → improve execution → generate more rewards → attract more participants

#### **Liquidity & Execution Layer**

A portion of tokens is allocated to support liquidity and execution efficiency:

* DEX liquidity provisioning
* Vault capital depth
* Execution routing stability

This ensures that agent-driven strategies can scale without degradation in performance.

#### **Long-Term Sustainability**

AIW3’s token model is designed to support continuous system operation:

* Incentives decrease over time as the system matures
* Value shifts from emission-driven to performance-driven
* High-quality agents and capital efficiency become dominant factors
